  • ZANE has successfully treated the clubfoot of 2,600 children to date
     
  • ZANE provides 112 320 eggs per year to impoverished pensioners. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and easily digestible.
      
  • 5,200 cabbages a year are provided to 19 care homes in Zimbabwe

Some figures:

  • $60 will pay for a six month supply of medicine to treat high blood pressure
     
  • $100 pays for a cataract operation for one pensioner
     
  • $190 will pay for the diabetic medicine for one pensioner for six months
     
  • $255 provides a nutritional meal for one pensioner living in a residential home for an entire year
     
  • $420 covers the cost of a week long course of antibiotics for 50 pensioners
     
  • $335 enables ZANE to successfully treat a child born with clubfoot
     
  • $4,200 covers the cost of setting up a pop-up classroom for 12 children in a high density township
